PFO Choreographers
Roxanne/RoxiiLee (“Bringing HOME to Charlotte, NC A DMV Story” ). Choreographer, producer, director, screenwriter, and actress RoxiiLee is making her dance debut at the Charlotte International Arts Festival in a performance called: “Bringing HOME to Charlotte: A DMV Story!” For Roxanne dance is life! Her dance background includes ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, liturgical and hip-hop. As a young dancer, each summer she attended the Alvin Ailey productions in New York to perfect her craft.

Roxanne is a graduate from NSU and UNC Charlotte and marched for THEE Johnson C. Smith band as a Blue Satin dance member. She’s currently a hip-hop choreographer at NC Dance District located in Charlotte. She sincerely thanks God, her family, dance family, and friends for encouraging her and the support to pursue this journey.
Charity Holloway (“Welcome to My House Party”). Charity Holloway is a champion of body positivity, an advocate for self-love and a dedicated performer who believes dancing does not have a body type. Charity recently graced our TV screens as a cast member in Lizzo’s Prime Video series, "Watch Out for the Big Grrrls." A competition-based reality show based on Lizzo’s search for new backup dancers, "Watch Out for the Big Grrrls" was an international hit. Since her appearance on the show, she has gone on to perform with Lizzo several times including a performance on NBC's Saturday Night Live.

Before making her Amazon Prime debut, Charity was making a name for herself as founder and captain of her all-female, plus-size dance troupe, 4Thirty-Two. Founded in 2016, the troupe has traveled and performed internationally, creating content to inspire plus-size dancers and remind them that they will always have a place in the dance. Large media platforms such as Barcroft Media have highlighted the group and recognized Charity’s goal to spread the joy of dancing.

Beyond dance, Charity is a marketing account supervisor and a huge family person. She is a hip-hop dance instructor at NC Dance District in Charlotte and a lover of shopping and true crime podcasts. Charity’s goal is to continually help women find their inner confidence through dance and, of course, continue performing on the big stage.
Alex White Productions (“Venus: the SUPER POWER of a WOMAN”). Founder Alex White is an artist to the bone; creative director, stylist, singer, choreographer, actor and producer. Originally from Bronx, N.Y., Alex White currently resides in Charlotte where he is a full-time entertainer. The pediatric nursing major from UNCC is now a lead choreographer at NC Dance District studios and five-year veteran of the “Hive Hip Hop Crew,” an NBA all-male dance team for the Charlotte Hornets.
He also enjoys being an educator at Niner University elementary teaching grades K-4. Alex White Productions produces fashion shows, music videos, commercials, corporate performances, live stage shows and wedding performances. Recent projects include "Alvin & the Chipmunks," Target, Coca Cola, Belk, Bolden and the Atlanta Selfie Museum.

Her most recent theater choreography credits include a local production of In The Heights, Legally Blonde Jr. and Hairspray. Alisha trains dancers of all ages throughout the East Coast who want to focus and network in the commercial dance Industry. She is the producer of all LDC events including their convention and showcase weekends in upstate New York, Virginia, and North Carolina.

This is her first time choreographing and being a part of Project: FULL OUT, and she is so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many talented and kind dancers and creators in the Queen City. Unity in the dance community is her passion and she hopes to take that with her wherever she lands!
